We had been house hunting for the past year or so and were very interested in purchasing a ranch on a wooded lot in Niagara County…After investigating many of the local builders and viewing countless open houses, we decided on Prestige Designs and are absolutely thrilled with the finished result! Our experience has been extremely positive… Rick and Joan Graci, owners of Prestige Designs, provided us at the onset with a detailed step-by-step book that simplified the entire process tremendously and consequently the thought of building became much less intimidating… every Prestige Designs’ supplier that we dealt with was extremely professional, knowledgeable, creative and listened to us.

Prestige Designs is truly a “custom” custom builder as we did make multiple changes… all of which attests to Prestige Designs’ flexibility and commitment in creating a unique home that we hope to enjoy for many years.

Workmanship and quality were very important elements to us… We met many of the subcontractors and were always greeted warmly by Bob the electrician to Ken the carpenter to Jim the painters… A sense of pride in workmanship is evident throughout the home-note especially the mitered corners, painting, fireplace detail and exterior brickwork.

For design/color coordination, the home’s designer, Joan Graci, was available to consult…. We would highly recommend Prestige Designs to anyone considering building a truly custom, unique, affordable home that reflects the buyer’s design choices through close collaboration with the builder as well as a home that genuinely works for the owner’s individual lifestyles.

While we were looking, we had been in and out of so many beautiful homes in WNY but when we found our home, we found something beautiful and unique. Like nothing else we had seen in this area.
