Cottages on Campbell

Our model home is being built.   These one level, open floor plan homes will be built on beautifully treed lots that are located on Campbell Boulevard close to Sweethome Road.  Square footage will range from 1500 to 1700.  Cottages to include all the amenities and charm of a Prestige Designed home in a convenient location. Price range is $225,000 and up.  Preorders for our four lots are being accepted today and layouts can be seen inside our 2612 Rishan Terrace home in Wheatfield, NY.
