Prestige Designs has worked hard to become the evolution of home building and design by changing the traditional process from a confusing procedure to a clear, transparent, fully integrated building process combined with a long term life plan. As a new client comes on board, you will have every question of the process answered by an expert in that phase of the construction. Our goal is to allow you to be involved in all the normal choices which go into building your new home (paint colors, fixtures, floor coverings ext.) Additionally, our long term needs planning specialist will guide you through the difficult choices about your future needs before they become a life-altering situation. With our unique patent pending process you will be given the resources to remain in your home for as long as you choose without being forced to leave because of health or quality of life issues. At Prestige Designs we not only build homes, we build peace of mind.

The quality partnership we establish with our clients is as important as the quality homes we build for them. At Prestige Designs we believe past and current clients should be our best advertising, letting our workmanship and relationship building speak for themselves. Our homes are not pre-fabricated, cookie cutter construction, instead we use quality products with no short-cuts, thus resulting in a quality built home that will stand the test of time. Home owner's are encouraged to visit their home while under construction, and are allowed to make changes up until 50% completion. Communication is very important and always open and continual. If you are truly seeking an enjoyable experience, a unique design that is completely developed by you from floor plan to finished product you have no other choice but to enlist the services of a company that do not just talk the talk but walk the walk.
